  12.     Can a webpage contain a color cycling IFF as an image? 
  13.     If so, what browsers support this?  Amosaic, IBrowse, 
  14.     Aweb, Netscape 2, etc?  
  15.     If possible and viewed with a non-supporting browser, 
  16.     what effects occur? 
  17.     Finally, any pages containing these images, if possible?
